The Product

FormSlug is a Google Workspace Add-on that replaces long, unbranded Google Forms URLs with short, trackable branded redirect links hosted on your custom domain. The entire workflow operates natively inside the Google Forms sidebar with zero context switching.

Instead of sharing forms.gle/abc123xyz, you can share go.yourdomain.com/feedback. Clean, memorable, and on-brand.

FormSlug is developed and operated by Creytens.com BV, a Belgian software company based in Bruges specializing in Google Workspace integrations and productivity tools for teams.

Philosophy

FormSlug is built on three principles:

• Zero context switching: Everything happens inside the Google Forms sidebar. No jumping between tabs, dashboards, or tools.
• Privacy-first: No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics scripts, no selling your data. We collect only what's necessary to make the product work.
• Fair pricing: Flat fees per domain, not per user. Teams shouldn't pay more just because they grow.

Technology

FormSlug is built with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure. All services are hosted in the European Union (Belgium) for GDPR compliance and data sovereignty.

We use privacy-first analytics, GDPR-compliant email infrastructure, and secure payment processing. Your data stays in the EU unless you explicitly configure a custom domain hosted outside Europe.
